Step 2: Go Live
Our team is here to make sure your setup is as easy and seamless and will set us up to provide the guests the best experience possible. Our typical start up fee is $1,000 and includes the following, but we will do whatever is necessary to make sure we're ready!

Initial walk through with owners to order any necessary supplies and tackle any maintenance or design items needed for rental (Excludes linens as they are provided in cleaning)

Financial and Tax Reporting
We provide all owners detailed monthly reporting outlining reservations, revenue, expense, etc. We also provide year end tax documents and remit all local taxes on your behalf.
Communication
We are 100% local and dedicated to your properties 24/7. All owners get access to a specialized owners portal where they can view all reservations, revenue, and expenses as well as book owners stays.
